What is TN Monitor?
TN Monitor is an independent civic project that tracks promises made by Tamil Nadu's political parties and surfaces concrete evidence of progress, delays, or reversals — without partisan framing.
Why this exists
In modern politics, news moves faster than the public's ability to verify it. Promises are made in one news cycle and forgotten by the next. Coordinated misinformation outpaces correction.
This site is a small attempt to slow that down — by keeping a public, source-linked record of what was promised, what's been delivered, and what hasn't.
Who runs it
An independent team of Tamil-speaking citizens. We are not affiliated with any political party, campaign, or PR firm. We accept no funding from political organizations.
